What is your cancellation policy?

We’re sad to see you’re considering leaving us . If there is anything we can do to make your experience with us better, please feel free to send us an email at [email protected] and let us know how we can help.

If you would like to cancel your account, please email us at [email protected] and let us know you would like to cancel your account. You will no longer be charged for any additional boxes; however, you will still receive all the boxes you’ve already paid for.

Why was my subscription renewed?

Powered Geek Box is a subscription-based company that automatically renews monthly subscriptions. This information can be seen when you log into your account, we’re sorry you missed it! We want to make sure you receive your epic items every month! You can change this anytime by logging into your User Account setting.

Why do I pay the total subscription cost upfront?

The total subscription cost is charged upfront so we’re able to purchase the best Premium and Deluxe items for the duration of your subscription. We want to assure you have that “Christmas morning, gift opening experience,” every month!

What are my payment options?

We accept major Credit and Debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Where can I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging into your User Account setting.

When does my card get charged?

For the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans you will be charged the total for all 3, 6, or 12 months at the time of sign up. For the month-to-month plan, you will be charged immediately following sign up and then every 1st of the month for future months. Nothing to worry about though! All these plans can be canceled at anytime for future recurring charges.

Powered Geek Box offers live chat and email support only. By having these two options we are able to more efficiently help Powered Geek Box users.

How do I get in contact with Powered Geek Box?

You can either get in touch with our Powered Geek Box team by emailing [email protected] by live chat. Click on the “Live Chat” feature on the bottom right-hand side of your screen and send us a message when we’re available.

I have a defective product!

Oh no! Please send a picture of your defective product to [email protected] tell us more about the issue. We will do everything in our power to make this right!

Can I send Powered Geek Box as a gift?

Of course you can! Your friend or loved one will be thrilled to get that “Christmas morning, gift opening experience!” You can gift up to 12 months to each individual!

My friend’s box came in damaged?

Oh no! Someone at the postal office must’ve been pretty excited. Send us a picture of your box at [email protected] we’ll make sure to take care of the issue.

Shipping

When are the boxes being shipped out?

Great question! Powered Geek Boxes are shipped between the 22nd and 28th of each month. We use USPS Ground to deliver your boxes, which can take 2-8 days to deliver. When you get your box share your experience with friends, family and just about anyone on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms!

Which countries is Powered Geek Box shipment available?

Thanks for asking! Currently we only ship to the US, Canada, EU, UK, Middle East, Asia. We are working on providing Powered Geek Box to as many countries as possible. Where would you like Powered Geek Box to be available? Send us an email at [email protected] let us know!

Where is the tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you between the 22nd and 28th of every month. Please make sure to check your spam folder. Still can’t find the tracking number? Email us [email protected] our team will check it out for you.

Can I get my box if I’m not home?

Yes! Though there are some exceptions. Our Powered Geek Box is being delivered using USPS Ground and in most scenarios your box will be left at your doorstep when you’re not home. But there are cases where USPS will not be able to leave the box. This is due to the recent USPS regulations. In this case you will need to pick up the box from your postal office. We do not have control over USPS regulations and we are really sorry for any inconvenience it may cause you.

My box is lost or nowhere to be found! Yet the tracking number status says “Delivered”?

If the status says delivered but your box is nowhere to be found, please check with your neighbors, building managers, or contact the shipping company. If the box is still lost please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your Powered Geek Box.

My box has arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! Someone at the shipping company must have been super excited! Send us a picture of your box [email protected] we’ll figure out what needs to be done.

I moved and my box has shipped to my old address?

Let’s get that fixed right away! Make sure you update your address in your account prior to the box being shipped. If the box comes back to us as un-deliverable we will gladly re-send the box back to you.  Contact us [email protected] we will do our best to help you out!

My box hasn’t arrived this month! What do I do?

Every month we ship our boxes between the 22nd and 28th of the month. Once a box is shipped you are notified via email of your shipment and given a tracking number. If you have not received an email by the 28th of the month please contact us at [email protected] let us know! We’ll make sure to resolve any issues.

Will I receive a confirmation email when my box shipped?

Of course! We’ll send you an email as soon as your Powered Geek Box ships. The email will include a tracking number, which will allow you to spy on your Powered Geek Box’s progress all the way to your doorstep.

Signup/Account

How can I cancel my monthly subscription box?

Oh no! 🙁 Our team is heartbroken that you’re considering canceling your subscription. Please get in touch with us [email protected] considering canceling! We would love to work something out for you and keep getting you these epic items! If you still want to cancel, you can send us an email at [email protected] we’ll get your account cancelled for you.

Please keep in mind all sales for the month or months purchased are final. Following months can be canceled. All future month cancelations must be made before the 1st of the month or your card will be rebilled and the purchase will be final.

Where is my credit card information being stored?

We take security and private information very seriously. Powered Geek Box uses advanced payment security that is being used by very well know companies like Lyft, Twitter and others. If you’re worried please contact us via email [email protected]

How to sign up for a plan?

It’s simple! All you have to do is choose a premium box (6-9 items) or deluxe box (4-6 items). Click here to view the plans. After you sign up, the Powered Geek Box team will take care of the rest! Enjoy!

I’ve ordered my box but I haven’t received any shipping information?

Thank you so much for considering this awesome EPIC-Filled Powered Geek Box!

If you’ve placed an order or plan to place an order to receive a Powered Geek Box on or before the 17th of this month, your first box will ship between the 22nd and 28th of this month.

If you’ve placed an order or plan to place an order on or after the 18th of this month, your first box will ship out between the 22nd and 28th of next month.

Refund Policy?

Please keep in mind all sales for the month or months purchased are final once made. Following months, however, can be canceled. All future month cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month or your card will be rebilled and the purchase will be final.
